Dice Throne will happily replace any part that affects the ability of the game to be played. While we hope that every game arrives in perfect condition, mistakes happen during manufacturing and shipping. As such, we are not able to provide free replacements for cosmetic imperfections or minor damage that does not affect gameplay.

Replacement parts will typically ship out in 1-3 weeks from the date of request, if approved. We will do our best to contact you within 1-2 weeks if your request is not approved, or we need additional information.
